How pidgin whatsapp plugin can be installed on wheezy?

Not tried, but this should get you started (as you've not told us what -
if anything - you've tried so far):

# apt-get install git build-essential
$ git clone ***@github.com:davidgfnet/whatsapp-purple.git
$ cd whatsapp-purple.git
$ make

That last instruction is taken from the README.md on the github page,
the first three lines are just pre-requisite for it :)
