i got this message while starting up the pc. What is it trying to tell? And
how to prevent it from appearing again?

i got this message while starting up the pc. What is it trying to tell? And

Maybe it is actually saying the CPU is too hot and that it is slowing down the
CPU so it cools down before it overheats and gets ruined?
Try improving the cooling on your machine.
